BANCA FINEMIRO Utilisation of banking products and services through innovative communication channels

:: Objectives: Finemiro needed to be able to offer its customers a way to utilize its services and products through innovative communication channels (e.g. telephone, Internet, GSM, WAP, ATM, kiosk, virtual teller, etc).
:: Solution: already in 1998, Sol-Tec and Finemiro determined that the main requirement for such a system was that the customer be able to access the services by means of an infrastructure that would permit him to have constantly updated information and availability.
This resulted in a Bank information system integration plan with “innovative” channels of communication, creating a system that is independent of the back office channels and which allows the addition of new channels without changing the structure, manages the message workflow and permits inter-operability between the channels.
