The multi-channel bank

baMca is an Enterprise Integration technology framework equipped with all of the most common Internet banking and on-line trading services, so as to make these services available on all the other distribution channels. The product guarantees an environment that allows Banks themselves to develop new services that will be immediately available on all the channels.

baMca is a solution, developed using open and standard technologies, for multi-channel management of all aspects of the provision of Banking and Financial services. It takes care of various aspects linked to the management and provision of banking services on different communication channels:

It includes two modules:

:: baMca MT - Multichannel Trading
Permits the trading of securities via Internet and the real-time transmission of financial information. This includes all applications, from systems for the connection of remote Trading Floors, to the management of user share accounts and to Web applications. It is created entirely in java-EJB, on the applications server.

:: baMca MB - Multichannel Banking
Allows the Bank to create a single virtual teller, accessed via innovative communication channels (Wireless, Internet, ATM, etc.) and traditional channels (teller, promoter). The bank customer, irrespective of the channel used, will be in a unique position and will be able to perform any query and instruction operations relative to his accounts (current account, credit card). The expandable architecture is created using open technologies (Java).
